Stuck in tutorial

The game looks fun and I want to play it but I cant get passed the beginning of the tutorial. I started it and then the game reset itself and it made me do the tutorial again and when I got to the spot where I was at the first time the game says "already did this tutorial step" and it reboots the game but it always sends me back to the same place. Its a never ending cycle and the money I use for the tutorial step gets taken away.
